Do I need to visit a branch?
No. My process is remote and digital. We can exchange information by email and arrange electronic signatures and payment without an office visit.
Can you help with a manufactured or mobile home?
Yes. Manufactured and mobile homes are a focus of my practice. I'll ask about the home, its age, construction, location and updates so I can review the available options.
What should I have ready?
Your renewal date or desired start date, current policy if you have one, and basic property details are a helpful starting point. Download the questionnaire for your property, fill it in, save it, and email the completed copy to me.
How do I complete and return a questionnaire?
Download the PDF and open it in a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Enter your information, save the completed file, and reopen it to check your answers were saved. Then attach it to an email to rbeals@knightarcher.com. The website cannot attach or send the completed file for you.
Can we review my vehicles as well?
Yes. When we discuss your property insurance, let me know about your household vehicles, RVs or recreational items so we can review those needs together.
I'm buying a home. What about my lawyer or lender?
Let me know your closing date and any insurance requirements from your lawyer or lender. After coverage is confirmed, I can arrange the required mortgage binder.
Does starting a request mean I'm insured?
No. This is an initial inquiry. Quotes are subject to underwriting and eligibility, and coverage is only in force once binding has been confirmed.
